Lift Ticket Packs are non-refundable, redeemed lift tickets are also non-refundable. There is no cash back for unused lift tickets as part of the lift ticket pack and neither the pack or the lift ticket has any cash value. The lift tickets and packs will expire on the last day of the 2019/2020 season.
